You can communicate a feeling, share an idea, match a moment, or simply make the backpack feel more like yours. Supported content includes text, static images, GIFs, Carbon gallery visuals, AI-assisted pixel creations, and riding alerts.

Yes. You can use your own compatible images and GIFs, choose a visual from the Carbon gallery, or create new pixel art with AI assistance. Preview the result in the app before sending it to NeuronPack.

The display gives you a changing surface instead of a fixed design. What you show can shift with your mood, destination, community, or message. NeuronPack does not interpret your emotions—it gives you a new way to express them deliberately.

Sign in to the Carbon app, connect to NeuronPack through Bluetooth, select or create a visual, preview it, and send it to the display. Final phone and operating-system compatibility is listed with the product information.

The first-generation NeuronPack does not include a battery or power bank. It requires a compatible external power bank, sold separately. Confirm the recommended output and estimated operating time in the current product specifications before purchase.

The expandable structure provides approximately 21.8–43.3 liters of capacity, so your expressive surface still works as an everyday backpack. Exterior dimensions are approximately 12.5 × 6.3 × 16.9 inches.

The PC hard-shell exterior is designed to resist everyday water exposure and scratches, but NeuronPack is not fully waterproof. Do not submerge it, and protect the display and electronic connections from heavy rain.

The Carbon app includes supported visual alerts for turning, starting, stopping, and SOS situations. They can make your intention more visible, but they do not replace legally required bicycle lights, reflectors, hand signals, or other safety equipment.

The package includes the NeuronPack backpack and printed setup material for app access, Bluetooth connection, and sending your first visual. A smartphone and compatible external power bank are not included.

Carbon is exploring a future NeuronPack concept that can respond to clear social signals through synchronized light and sound, with privacy-first local processing. This responsive concept is not included in the first generation; features and availability may change during development.
